Whatis the CrossRoads Festival?

First and foremost CrossRoadsis a celebration of Faith. We're calling Catholics to come together fora day and
pray, worship and celebrate. There will be lots of great music bycontemporary Catholic artists, guest speakers,
food, fellowship and camping, all culminating in the celebration of theEucharist on Sunday morning.

Catholicmusic? What's that?

If you haven't been keeping touch with what's goingon in the Catholic community as far as music you are in for a surprise!Contemporary Catholic music comes in all forms from bluegrass to jazzto rock with a sound that rivals anything you will hear on the radio.The difference is that Catholic artists are writing music which takesinto account the deeper meaning of being human, our relationship to Godand to each other in Jesus Christ. It'll rock your world.

Whowill be there?

We're still working on this year's line up, but inpast year's we've hosted  Friday Mourning, Cheer Up Charlie, RandyStonehill, Ryan Meyers, SarahBauer, along with local artsts Chris Shepherd, MatthewBaute, Karl Zimmerman and more. In addition we've had dynamicspeakers to help you hear the Gospel fresh and apply itto your life now. Plus faithful priests to hear confession andcelebrate liturgy. And several hundred Catholics having a good time.

Whenis the Festival?

September 26 through 28. CrossRoads will begin Friday night, the 26th, with the CrossRoads Sound Check.
The gates open at 6 and music begins around 8 PM. Music continues throughoutthe day on Saturday till 10 PM.
Full-admission attendees arewelcome to stay overnight and celebrate Mass with us on Sunday morning.

Whereis the CrossRoads Festival?

CrossRoads is being held on the beautiful grounds ofthe Eagle Hurst Ranch outside of Steelville, MO. It is located
off state highway 8 between Potosi and Steelville, about 90 miles fromSt. Louis. Check out the Map here for more help with location anddirections.

Howmuch does the Festival cost?

Admission is $35 a person in advance. This Regularadmission fee includes everything from the concert to  meals,parking and camping. There are no hidden fees at CrossRoads. This yearwe are also adding new ticket options. A  Family ticket isavailable for $150. Admission for Friday night's Sound Check only is$10. And for those who want
to come just for Saturday night admission is $20.

IsCrossRoads just for youth? Is it just for Catholics?

We've made every effort to put together a concertwhich will have something for everybody. Teens and young adults willfind plenty to enjoy in the music of our featured artists but so willfamilies and people of all ages. By the same token, CrossRoads is aCatholic music festival and a celebration of Catholic faith buteveryone is invited. Those who share our faith in Jesus Christ as Lordand Savior will be welcomed and find that we share a lot in common.People who just aren't too sure what they believe are welcomed as welland encouraged to come.

Willthere be vendors at the Festival?

While your Regular admission price includeseverything you need for this two-day event, there will be a limitedamount of "stuff" available for purchase. Eagle Hurst Ranch has a smallconcession stand for drinks and snacks
and performers will have their CDs, tapes and t-shirts available forpurchase. So bring a bit of spending money
because there's sure to be a CD or two you'll want to take home.

What'sthe deal on camping?

The cost of camping is included in your admission.Camping is primitive tent-style only and, for propriety's sake,segregated into "boys" and "girls" sites. Of course, family camping isalso available. Primitive means no utility hook ups, no running water.Drinking water and bathrooms are available on site, of course. As analternative, cabins are
available from Eagle Hurst Ranch. Reserving a cabin must be donedirectly with  Eagle Hurst Ranch; call 1-800-25-RANCH.
